The New Low Tier Queue

DeviouslyCursed: Maybe now all the idiots spouting off that there's "no proof SBMM will raise queue times!" will shut up.  I doubt it though. EDIT: In other words, all they did here was take new accounts out of the queue and people are reporting noticeable difference in queue times.
