I find it interesting that you post on the forum with a

If the same teams and same tank line up played against each other multiple times and split their fights 50/50 for wins/losses, there would still be a lot of blow out matches in that mix. Balancing a match to give each side an even chance of victory is not going to significantly reduce the blow outs.
