Help with my stream - xsplit?

CatStalker: Some things i would suggest just based on a quick look of the stream:   Use game capture rather than screen capture, the less information there is to encode the better. You may want to set your cpu affinity for xsplit/obs to not use your first two cores, that way the game and encoder aren't fighting for the same cpu bandwidth You can check some basic settings here: https://obsproject.com/estimator  . You'll generally want to set your video upload speed to a maximum of about 80-90% of your speedtest upload results. I noticed that your framerate is usually in the 15-30fps range, you may want to try playing in fullscreen mode as it can sometimes help smooth that out.   I'm not an expert streamer, I've just played around with it a bit, so other people may have better advice.
