Captain_Judo: The tournament is designed to award three winners a trip to
our Gold League finals. And we can only send players that currently
reside in Canada or the United States. This is the only reason for
the 'resident' eligibility requirements. Keep in mind that
several competitive events will still be held next weekend in spite
of this contest: -Skirmish 30 -WGL Format Test -Clan Wars
