have earned a top 16 final standing in the tournament. So in order
to win gold, you need to reach that round.

However, If we are still in the winners bracket are we
GUARANTEED 3k or 7k gold after today? Help from a WG employee would
be nice. Actually, now that I look at it, we are guaranteed 5k gold
correct? If we win tomorrow we are guaranteed 7k. If we lose
tomorrow and win on saturday in losers we are at 7k etc etc?
Potential Disaster
#1!Captain_Judo: By reaching the quarterfinals of the winners bracket, you've
essentially clinched a gold prize. Even if A Potential Disaster
loses to The High Woltage Caballer tonight, your team would drop to
the losers bracket round 3. That round essentially determines 13th
- 16th place.
