Have a valid passport and the passport must be valid at least until the end of November 2013.
Be eligible for a visa to Belarus.
Be willing to provide Wargaming.net with any and all information, as well as a 35 x 45 mm up to date photograph that's necessary to obtain a visa to enter Belarus. This information will only be requested after winners are determined.
Be at least 18 years of age.
So will wgna verify each participant for the above? seems tough broh.

Captain_Judo: It's a specification that applies to the winning team. The winning team needs to have all the above in order to be eligible for the grand prize.

its a typo, right? this is a very important tournament, this is not a common skirmish kind to be limited for only 64 teams....

Captain_Judo: Yes, this is a typo. Kindly point me to it so that I may zap it away
