Based on your previous post, you and I agree that cancelling the Spring season is out of order. But I disagree that we should have further delayed this project until our design was completely cemented. It's public knowledge that Wargaming will hold a global grand final. It's important that we immediately prepare NA teams toward that end.
RP, +1 for the leg work, calculating and posting average team efficiency ratings. But I disagree that team strength is determined by individual player scores when marginally evaluating two teams.
With that said, I'm in favor of rewriting the minor league schedule to separate teams with higher scores and those with lower scores, based on your findings. At the very least, this adds some measured consistency to the scheduling.
The major league has teams facing, at least, 60% of the league's opponents and I'd rather leave that as is.
