Zhukov Challenge

Captain_Judo: I realize that, with growth in our eSports community, we're
experiencing many teams and players participating in standard
events for the first time. So I'm happy to explain how Challenge
scheduling works.
Challenges, unlike skirmishes, allow an unlimited number of participating teams. Our Zhukov Challenge has over 300 participating teams. Challenges are single elimination tournaments. Therefore, we're unable to eliminate "byes" until the number of remaining teams is equal to 2^X (ie.. 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256). Where x is some positive integer
.
After completing last night's opening round, we have successfully reduced the active teams to 256. We can now proceed with single elimination. Matches are played every other day. The off days are reserved for make-up matches when necessary.
I hope this helps. We see the need for further information made available to new members of our eSports community and we look forward to providing something useful soon!
