M56 Scorpion

CabbageMechanic: Baby Scorp is not a top tier (meta) vehicle but it's a lot of fun.  Never underestimate the advantage of being small and fast in WoT, it's a big one and it allows you to take shots from unexpected locations and relocate to new ones quickly.  It's no E 25, but when you High Caliber in the M56 you feel a lot cooler.
