Halloween Event is Cancelled

CabbageMechanic: I appreciate the comments, unfortunately re-using an old event would not be as simple as plugging it back in.  Each update creates new dependencies and changes that have to be accounted for to bring something old up to date.  Doable, but a project in and of itself.

We were able to offer Frontlines, Steel Hunter, and The Great Race this year, which is a larger than usual spread of special event modes.  The Halloween mode as planned was the most ambitious yet, and the mechanics developed and lessons learned will still lead to other exciting things in WoT's future.
