CabbageMechanic: We do this every time a ban wave comes through - every time we have a few people claim that they are only using Aslain's and every time I double check to make sure this isn't the case.  Well, I have looked into it, and it isn't the case here.  There was another mod (NOT in Aslain's) detected that clearly violated the Fair Play Policy.  Bans are not handed out lightly and a firm positive detection of consistent use of illegal mods is required to warrant a place on the ban list.  Aslain's is one of the most commonly used modpacks and 99.9% of players who use it are never flagged by our detection system.

There have been some players who I am convinced either did not use the illegal mods in question or do not believe they did, generally when this is the case we discover that the account has been shared and it is likely that the third party is the one causing the flagging.  Do not share your account - you are responsible for all of its actions.  Do not use aimbots, terrain destruction detection mods, reload timers, or anything else laid out in the linked Fair Play Policy and you will have no issues.
