Thanks for all the well wishes, and my thoughts are with all of you who mentioned you are going through the same.

Regarding tickets - if you submitted a ticket the day the erroneous article went live and were denied, please send another to have the original reviewed.  Some CS agents on that day may have answered tickets in the negative before receiving the information on us honoring the deal.
