1. I am 99.99% sure yes, but I will confirm -edit- Confirmed, "clone" vehicles will receive the same updates as the original when the final changes go live.
2. Thanks for the feedback - this is the first iteration of changes so a pen buff could potentially be added before this hits the live server - we will see how the first changes test.
