Latin America Test Server FAQ

CabbageMechanic: Hello, players! We created this topic in the forum to help you understand how the LatAm test server will work.  If you have any further questions, please post them in this thread. When will the test server open?On November 29, 2017. Can I play on the test server at any time?No. The server will be online every day from 11am to 2am the next day, every day (Brazil Time - UTC -2:00);The daily running time of the test servers may vary according to the results obtained over time. Why won’t the server stay online all day?For now this is a test server and we will be collecting and analyzing data each day so that we are better able to meet the needs of the community. Why are you launching a Latin American test server?The main point raised by the LatAm player community to improve the WoT experience was the latency.  This server will allow us to test a variety of factors that affect latency in the region. How do I play on the test server?When starting World of Tanks, simply select the LATAM Test server. But it is highly possible that the game client already recognizes and activates this server automatically. Do I have to create a new account to play?No. Do I need to download a new client from the game?No. Will I lose XP and Credits while I use the test server?No. All XP and Credits received on the test server will be obtained in the same way and remain usable on the NA main server. If I have a problem, what should I do?You must send a ticket to our Support and/or report the error in the forum. The more information players give us, the less chance of problems occurring in the future. Will my ping be low compared to the American server?Most likely. However, in the early days we may face problems to optimize access to all players. What if I want to play when the test server is off?You will be able to play normally on the North American server during the absence of the test server.
