Recent fps drops/stuttering ~last week or so

BigDaddyLaxative: The older cpu can definitely cause a bottle neck, but odd to see a decrease in performance after we released multi-thread support update.  I would check your temps on your cpu.  I've had luck just reapplying thermal paste though I dont recommend that.   Also, another test could to try applying v-sync and see if you still get the stuttering.
