ApolloArtemis: Just a reminder, when you send in a ticket please do not message the ticket as you get bumped to the back of the line. Please be patient and wait for one of the Customer Support people to get back to you, if you try to message them asking why they haven't answered, you just sent that ticket to the back of the line.   Thanks.
