As I understand it from the announcement, we can participate in any tier 3 tank ( and "tank" I assume to mean any tier 3 vehicle in game including TDs and SPGs). 1. Does "tank" include TDs and SPGs?
2. Did you really mean to have ~20 1st place awards as it seems to explicitly state, or just 1.

So yes, any tier 3 Vehicle and it's the top 3 overall. So there will only be one 1st place one 2nd place and one 3rd place. Not a 1-3 ranking for each vehicle.
