Building a PC for world of tanks

AgentXIII: Now I won't badmouth AMD, they make many a fine product, and I even have an APU machine crossfired with a Radeon 4950 and it runs WoT fine. I would like to provide the heads up however that Nvidia cards do run WoT better than AMD cards.   I'm not trying to dissuade you from buying AMD in any way, but if you are looking for best performance in WoT specifically, I would recommend Nvidia. Plenty of other games are optimized for AMD cards, so it really boils down to your wants/needs.    I could go on forever about different hardware and why I would choose one over the other, but if your building a machine primarily for WoT or other Wargaming products I would recommend Intel/Nvidia system setups.
