So does WG even bother to accept reports with replays anymore?

AgentXIII: Sorry for the delay, I've been reading up.   I would first like to state that the report system in game is not automated, not even a little. I have a small selection of my staff that actively goes through these reports and performs an investigation. I'm not going to say what is involved in this investigations or even how it works, but I need to crush the idea that the system is automated.    Next I would like to state plainly why we moved to only using the report feature and not accepting tickets for these types of actions. The report feature is more efficient.  Before, my staff would go through these reports from the report system, then switch over to tickets only to find out 63% of the players (yes that's an accurate number) were already taken care of in accordance to our policies through the report system. This was redundant work that mostly just took time of my staff away from assisting other players with billing,account, and technical issues.   On average over the past 6 months, Rule Violations tickets were 30% of our incoming tickets, give or take a few hundred depending on the events. Our ticket income has more than doubled since last year, and many players are upset about our response times. Well if I can remove redundant work from my staff and allow them to get to other types of tickets faster, I see it as a Win/Win.    I'm sorry that many players feel that we aren't taking action, and yes I'm aware there is the possibility of rule violators slipping through the cracks or determining a way to exploit the system, but I promise that my team still investigates, by hand, and sets restrictions on players, by hand if the player has been found in violation of our rules. Just ask the players that have been hit improperly and had to send in a penalty appeal ticket, because yes, there is human error involved. I also know our system isn't perfect, yet, but we are working to improve it, and one of those improvements is developing methods to locate players that try to exploit the system. But I won't say how :trollface: Now I do urge the community to poke holes in the system, we need this, because without knowing where the armor is weak, we can't reinforce it. (like the fact that we don't have a report feature in the garage, so we still take tickets for this)   Edit: Sorry, for the edit, but the TK system is automated as this tracks friendly fire damage, the rest of the complaints menu is not, as physics abuse cannot be tracked this way. And now I think I see where there is a disconnect in our messaging about the Team Killing system and the complaints menu system, which, are separate entities. I will look this over and change the messaging where its needed. Sorry for confusion on this.
