WG Support distributing malware! BEWARE!

AgentXIII: Hey CowtownBob,   Aida64 is a system information program that we primarily use to check issues more in depth, such as ram timings, power voltages, system event logs, etc. (the stuff a simple dxdiag won't show us) While you are correct that Aida64 is packaged with other software that are partnered with the creators of Aida64, this software is more along the lines of adware and not malware. (maybe your antivirus is reporting a false positive)   regardless, during the Aida64 installation you have options to not install this software if you only want the Aida64 application, and we are not responsible for programs installed on your computer if you simply click the next button instead of installing only Aida64. (apologies for the bluntness, however its your computer and your responsibility to maintain it)   In regards to your computer shutting itself down, this could be caused by temperature protection on your machine, or power settings on your OS, but I can assure you that our game does not make any system calls to shutdown a computer.  I will be pulling your ticket right now so that I can get a better idea of your system, however please be aware that Aida64 is in no way harmful to your machine.
