LEGAL Damage Announcer Mod 9.0 --- REQUEST

AgentXIII: At this time, enemy reload timers are something players should avoid. These mods are still under discussion however, as a mod that tells you what the fastest reload time for a specific tank maxed out, or stock, may be permitted in the future. However, an enemy reload timer that data mines and reports the exact reload time of the enemy tank by calculating crew skill, modules, and equipment is highly prohibited.   I know everyone would like this information updated in the prohibited mods list, and I will try and get that information updated as soon as possible.
