Crew switching - Prem tanks

ARGO: Why would anyone want this?.......I have a crew trained for each
tank, I train that crew and max them for that tank. There is no
reason for switching any crew for another tank. When I sell the
tank I remove the crew and send them to barracks incase later down
the road I want to buy back said tank....Stick with this formula
and you will be happy....
