How long will it take to get an IS-4?

ARGO: You may want to get aquanted with the tiers in between where you are and where you want to be so you can fully master those higher tier tanks. Those lower tiers really prepare you for whats to come and I for one would be inept in my job if I didn't tell you to seriously take your time and learn all the ins and outs of the inbetween tiers so you can fully utilize the skills needed to mature into a higher tier tank because higher tier always come at a cost that sometimes if unprepared can really sour the whole experience for players racing up the trees.
