What's up with the sub-par players on now?

Anyway on NA Server. I am talking about players that don't want to play as a team or jsut want to go fuck-off somewhere on the map. They don't seem to know/care where they rush or even try to defend. It has gotted to where 75% of the players just are not worth having in battle on my team. Maybe it's more like 85%.
Examples, Player is so focused and blinded trying to kill a tank that's hiding behind a building, they don't see the 3 tanks that just flanked them. They get upset at no-support, all because they did not pay attention to mini-map.
Or the players that do the absolute last thing you should do in a top-ranked tank, they rush and wonder why they died with not support. Smart players don't rush alone, in fact, most don't rush at all.
The one I like, is the player with a PzIV w/ long 75 procede to miss 8 of 10 shots? WTF, if you have grinded up to a PzIV a player should know how to shoot.
I have seen several players with over 1500 to as many as 3500 battles and yet kill only 1 tank kill per 3~4 battles? WTF? Are they rushing? Are they missing shots? Don't you think you would like to learn how to play better?
I don't know how they could still play if they are that bad. Is that a personal issue where they just want to lose so much? To compensate for something else missing from personal life? Maybe that's what is wrong. They expect everything to be handed to them and they can kill everything with no practice or patience?
It's has gotten so bad, that the only way I play now is with a Platoon/Tank Company/Clan Wars. I would rather pay $10 a month to have the rest of the server population just go away...
Comments are welcomed as I will be trying to talk to Developers/Wargaming.net about this issue. I have personally seen at least 350~500 players leave this game because of "sub-par" players, and they averaged spending $20~50 a month on gold for this game. That add's up, maybe Wargaming just lost 6~10k $$$ a month.
This is my 2 cents.
It's nice to have a free to play game, it's just unfortonate that it also brings in alot of rift-raft at the same time. It was more enoyable to play this game back when we had warping tanks/major spotting issues/memory issue and knowing I could count on the other 14 players to be there as a team. It was actually fun to know I played well and lost a battle, instead of have 5 idiots rush left field of Malinovka becasue they are god's in thier T29s and KV-3s...
To answer you 1st question, It's not sub-par players your seeing more of, It's NEW players. Second, 1 day RO for profanitites and insulting others.

I have been talking with some WG/Dev's about this upcoming tutorial/training sessions they want to implement. That seems very promising, from newby to seasoned players. We all could use a refresh of the basic's of the game. Hope to see this in Beta server as soon as they start finishing Patch 7.xx or maybe 1st patch after that.
However, they do see a need for a "hardcore" random battle option, but feel like pushing 5 player Super Platoons at first. WG/Dev's will have a better capability to offer "hardcore" battle options in future patchs, so all will not be lost. damn
Bad news tho, patch 7.xx is still several months away. So we will continue to see "sub-par" play from higher-tier tanks in game. Either they don't know the basics; or like several posters here, they just want to "fuck" off in-game and screw thier 14 other teammates...
Oh well, got some good juice from this post. Will start copying my EU posts over here to NA as I tend to do more work there as I have a much better reception on EU for some reason.
