Has wargaming found a happy medium with arty?

Now arty players might disagree but I feel wargaming has found a happy medium, arty is still effective when played well but its not so easy as to have everyone playing arty, its definately a niche market but still requires a certain degree of skill and patience not all players possess, I know I don't, I suck badly in arty and frustrates me to play it. It also seems all the cries of OP arty flooded matches with players looking to see if arty was easy mode and this made things worse, but now I guess many people realize arty ain't as easy mode as everyone was making out so now we are left with The real arty players and it seems time Is a great healer for game balance.
Now I'm not saying arty is perfect I feel they are pretty close!
TL:DR
I feel Arty fairly balanced now, less arty in matches, time seems to have weeded out the bandwagon arty players.
ARGO: I think because of the "Human factor" there will never be a happy
medium with anything. In my perception it's not because of game
mechanics or balance it's more likely because WoT is an ever
changing game that is constantly under construction and growing.
Meaning with every new addition your going to always run into
balancing issues...Now this is NOT the fault of the Devs or the
game...Again it's all the human factor. Case in point...The
introduction of the Lowe tanks and KV5s. You have two really nice
tanks added and one players waited a long time to obtain so look
what happens, you get a huge influx of these tanks all over the
battlefieds which inturn affects balance "and most likely where
some of those missing arty players went too". Now you wait about
2-3 weeks until the flavor of the month wears off and you again
start seeing the balance come back under control. So in short, if
my little theory is correct, when the new US tech tree is dropped
into the game you will see a huge and I mean HUGE number of players
scrambling up that line to hop into those T95s and with that you
will most likely read a lot of articles on OP TDs and other
complaints until the next new flavor hits the trees.
