what kind of heavies ae the best

I like to hide behind cover and snipe when targets present them self, then you would like the German line who has the most accurate guns in the game. Or if you like to lead the charge when you are at the top of your match, then the Russian line is great with their speed and massive firepower. Or you like to support your fellow heavies by finding and making use of the best "Hull Down" terrain the Americans are best with the heaviest Turret armor that even an IS7 has a hard time penetrating.
That is the great thing about WOT, is that the developers have balanced "Mostly", the various nations that they present different ways to be played.
