Booting/Penalyzing the AFKers and Artillery Feedback

I tried this myself to make sure they're stilling getting XP for this sort of behavior and indeed, they are. There needs to be some implementation of XP being denied unless you fired at an enemy tank, and at least got close or you were destroyed while moving or something to weed out the leachers from the courageous. I understand there are things in RL that may require a player to go AFK, but at least charge out there(spotting enemies for the Artillery chaps to fire upon), die, and THEN go AFK.
I have noticed that there is a timer built in that will declare the match a draw if neither team wins by destroying everything or capping the base, but IMO, it's WAY too long when there's only one guy left, and he's not moving.
