If your scout has 400m radio range then everyone within the 400m will see what you see. The tank recieving your targets can send the positions to all the tanks in his own radio range.

The scout sends the information to the medium and the medium is forwarding the enemy position to the SPG. That's why the SGP can see what the scout is seeing.

ARGO: Just keep in mind that your radio is only as good as the next guys is..... Meaning you can have the best radio in the game and BLAM!!!! your dead and you wonder why there was a guy closer to him and he didn't light up? Because that scout had a low end radio and his signal was to poor to reach you.
