That phrase was quoted 3,000 years ago by Plato and it has never been more true. Humans have always made imagination into reality in times of need and even more so in times of war. Think of all the technologies derived from the wars and let's discuss how they affect us in an everyday fashion.
Now please keep in mind this is an in depth topic and it requires meaningful factual contributions.
I will start this topic off with a piece of fact not discussed much and we can go from there adding in our own facts: A lot of people say that the space race was the birth place for modern human invention but do not realize that it was WW2 German V1 and V2 rocket technologies that made the space race possible....Hows that for a history twist eh?
