Transfering the crew?

ARGO: This gave me an idea, I am toying with the idea of just keeping crews in barracks when I sell a tank so I can always have a 100% crew if I go back to a tank I liked. Seriously when you think about it a lot of players tend to get into something they don't like then get the old double whammy on EXP when they return to the previous vehicle.
