UTC...Ultimate Tank Championship

ARGO: This is a discussion on 1 on 1 tank fights. Each tank is equiped with the highest rated items, Thier crews are euqally maxed. pound for pound on an open field, which tank do you think would win in a fair fight. I know many will say it's up to the players but for this hypothetical battle we are going on basically which tank would outlast the other. Feel free to throw in a scenario of your own.
I will start this thread with our first two battles:
Battle #1 IS3 vs King Tiger.
Battle #2 T-44 vs Panther.
