Would America have used Atomic bomb on Germany?

ARGO: The USA dropped them bomb also because they knew Japan's stance on the war and that the Japan's deep rooted philosophy on honor would have never allowed them to surrender much like most oriental cultures case in point "Vietnam and Korea".
Now looking at the European culture at that time period, I in my humble opinion do not think the Germans with thier intellegents levels during the war "spies" would know we had a bomb, they would know fully well after seeing it tested and then used on Japan that we had no quams on dropping one would be very much open to negotiations, maybe not a surrender but an end of hostilities. Hitler would not risk Germans and thier allies turning on him in fear of nuclear anihalation.
