How about a custom map feature?

The data for the various maps is 22MB in size and then there is another 12MB of texture data to be added so player created maps are not simple things to distribute.

ARGO: My humble amature guess would be that since the custom map would be put together "mosaic puzzle piece" style then the big server would already know and have each piece of the mosaic maps and I suppose the only job your PC had after designing it is sending the combination to the server when you create a training or battle room who then sends it out to all the players PCs. The real question is would the WoT engine be able to handle it?
