So high scores do not count?

ARGO: No need for any minuses here because Like I said before, this isn't about complaining it's about a question. "How does the score system work?" I decieded to ask this in a thread because I am sure it has happend to others and I figure someone has the answer to why sometimes one gets a medal and why sometimes they don't even when they kill the same number of tanks?.
