example the way military organize their armies. They don't put all
the best in the same platoon, division, company...(I'm not an
expert so I don't know the real terms). Instead they make them as
officers and separate them so they can lead the subordinates. Now
with your thinking an officer would say " Why I'm in the same
platoon as those noobs?" This is because they need to win the
war(Wot battle) as a team. If they were to send all recruits and
low ranks soldiers with no leadership it would be a bloody
mess.
