Why don't you see teamwork in WoT?

Due to daily and other missions victory is just a side effect of what some players are trying to do. Communication is ideal for teamwork but in randoms that is only attained by platooning mostly. A lot has to do with maps too as most people go to the same locations or lemming to one side.  However if you have a few people who read the minimap and adjust to the flow of battle can influence the outcome of the battle most times and that is quasi teamwork.
