Fix MM puts tanks in worst possible starting location

1LT_Dwayne: The concept of splitting team in two locations is useless to me. It split the map in two sections and if you want to go on the opposite side of where you started you'll be late to the battle. It feels like WG want to play the game for you by controlling where you go.
