Threats to my life and my family and WG support

vuque: First of all, it is bad to see this kind of behavior in game and it is even more painful for me to see a fellow countryman ( I am from Turkey) is involved!   I just checked this case with my colleagues from customer service and I can tell you that, their reply was not wrong. Yes, they sent you a generic answer but that doesn't mean the case was not investigated. They need to use this kind of set replies in order to save time and help more players! Just to be double sure, we have investigated the case again and I can tell you that, appropriate action is taken.    If I need to be a bit critical here, from the screenshots provided and the chat logs we checked; I can tell you, there was no real life threat as you described. No need to worry, he couldn't know your address as long as you are not providing this information to him. On the other hand, there were insults involved and as I mentioned earlier, appropriate action is taken for that.   If I can give a piece of advice, in such cases do not escalate the issue & do not feed the troll. Report it via in game and/or via ticket system depending on the case.   PS: Creating this kind of naming & shaming topics are against the forum rules, this is why your post has been edited by a moderator.
