thePhilX: questions that were asked for last tournament answered here again:  Q: What about 113, as it is not in tech tree or a Qilin?The 113, T-62A and AMX 30B can be used as they are Collector's Vehicles.As the WZ-111 Quilin counts as a reward tank, it is excluded for consistency reasons. Q: Is there something  we have to do, if enemy picks one of the banned tanks, or is it not possible?In case of teams using those vehicles within the qualifier, please immediately contact me on Discord (thePhilX#6172), so they team will be disqualified.The report has to happen before the next round starts.
