betweenthePhilX: question 1: As there was very positive feedback by player that
where either not so experiences or couldn't be active enough during
the timeframe, we increased the tanks in the bond auction to 1000
tanks. Also we can not force anyone to not pick a tank, while they
would have the chance to buy one. (If you buy a ticket for a
concert and you dont go there to, you also stole the place of
someone else, but the organizer can't prevent you from doing it..
), also players can use their personal fame points for other
rewards such as bonds or female crew members.
question 2: we currently run a lot of much liked events for the community, also -as many players here already said- events like Firetrail usually demand participants to have a very high time investment which would not be possible for parts of the core audience, if we would make the event much longer. Also one of the previously biggest requests was to have shorter events (mostly as certain events took 3 to 4 weeks).
question 3: the laboratory is a fundamental mechanic of the global map, while it might make the complete event a bit more complex it provides nice options for different approaches and ways to be successful. Different clans will have different strategies and this adds variety to the game. (if you are talking about personal fame points: you can take care of this in the in-game client from now on, so no global map browser window is necessary for you to activate them)
question 4: I assume you are talking about the differences between different event fronts (e.g. basic vs advanced), we made some balancing adjustments. the detailed regulation document will be released soon.

check out my answer above, if you would just consider the VK a copy of the Pz VII, you would probably not be interested, as a good player you should know about the differences anyway. (also how can the VK be a copy of the Pz VII, if it went into the game, before the Pz VII arrived?)

compete on the global map. We will make sure that there won't be
such a long break after the event and you will have the chance to
participate in our tournament to win additional rewards after the
event has ended.
