as i work from 9:00am GMT to 17:00 GMT i cannot take part in this can the sessions start at different times each month(like early for the first session like this one and the next month later for those who work i.e. 18:00GMT to 21:00GMT

Thanks for the comment. Every month HuD starts and finishes at the same time. We changed the frequency of the event but everything else stayed the same.
