D-Day Contest

Good sides:

- it is really fun and good competition between players  because one simply reason: If u play nice, u get gold. I think that this pushing players to do their best in randoms. I am rly hoping that WG will organize this kind of contest at least one per month (like on other servers). IMO, categories are fine.

Also, i know that the most of the players will kick my ass because of this, but its ok that WG puts prem players with non prem players in same position on this contest. Prem users paid, more exp, so they have bigger chance to get something. U cant expect that u will get something for free and be in same position like person who paid (except prem tanks like T34, and that was good decision from WG so non prem players have no reason to complain). Again, no hard feelings guys, but this is a fact. Also, separating non prems and prems players in competition will never happen and that is also reasonable.

Prizes are also fine and the fact that u can play in platoons makes this contest very attractive.

Bad side:

- Only one thing ruined (in some way) this contest i think, and that is -daily bonus (for first victory)  do count towards score. It is depressive when u know that u have only 1 chance in random battle to get ur best score during the day. In most cases, it is pure luck (or noobs in red team), not skill. Most of the players would played with favourite tank few hours during the day in order to achieve nice result. Probably many of them would spend some gold for ammo. On that way, more money (good for WG), no doubles so more chances for wining the gold (good for players) and everybody is happy (not common situation in this game


So, on the end, I rly hope that this kind of competition will be organized more often. It is ok to organize quiz, guess what, comics, but most of the players are only here to play this game and they don’t have a time to deal with stuffs like that (drawing, making models, writing songs).
