Just bin the whole idea. You do realise there are tank games
where a crew is a CREW (where each crewman has skills) and not some
token 'person'. As for compensation - I read what happened
in Blitz after equipment 'rework' - they got back a quarter of what
they lost.parim1331: The reason behind the decision to alter the crew system is
that nowadays, at least in my opinion, the system is extremely
limited and linear. There's no true way to really customize the
crews for different play styles. You always have perks that you
must have because they're pretty much essential, and others are
seen as something on the side, rather what you would like have to
really improve your gameplay.
