Such constructive posts are truly what helps us to develop the game.Now for your question, as it has been mentioned many times, we will most likely not change the RNG percentages, and there are multiple reasons behind this actually.The main reason for it is that RNG is one of those core mechanics in the game, that if changed, would affect pretty much every other feature we have in the game, and that would mean rebuilding WoT from scratch. However, I am not saying that we will never see different RNG percentages in a timed event, who knows! For those RNG situations - everyone gets them, even myself. But if you look at it from broader perspective, this is what makes this game so unpredictable and exciting every time.I hope that I had answered your question.  Have a great one!
