Tiger 1 nerf 9.1 - right decision but wrong nerf?

iScending: Just to clear something up, the notes that have been published are not final! They are pre-patch notes and as such many many things will change.   In short, please don't assume what's in the notes will reach the final patch, only once we share the official notes will you see how it ended :).
