iScending: We value feedback from players, we really do, but unfortunately
threads like this are becoming way too common and seems to give
others the impression that this is such "feedback". It is not.
1. MM is not broken (despite popular beliefs) and I'd
implore you to please read the sticky thread at the top explaining
(with a video) how it works. However this does not mean it
can't be improved and the developers are constantly monitoring the
data gathered from all battles played. 2. The game
isn't rigged, sorry to burst your bubble. What this game does have
a large portion of is RNG and this too is very hard for some to
accept. Naturally it is then easier to cry wolf (or "rigged")
instead of accepting how things work and moving on. 3. We
have quite a large support staff actually, however, players need to
realize that sending a ticket complaining about low FPS and
expecting the agent to magically appear before them, fix it as you
watch, and then compensate you for it is naive. The support
team are not developers nor do they have any ability to alter
the game. This is a very common misconception
among players and frankly it has to stop :p. Me as a community
coordinator, Ectar as a community manager or Bladegunn3r as a
product specialist don't have any ability to alter, edit or change
the game. Period. All we can do is gather constructive
feedback from the community (that's you!) and compile a report
that is then send to the actual developers. It is then up to
them to extract whatever data they can from what we have sent them
and decide what, if anything, will come from it. I wish you
all the best OP with whatever game you decide to play and should
you ever come back you are more than welcome, however, there is no
need to make a "I'm leaving!" thread. Thank you.
