Patch 9.1 : Tiger P nerf is uncalled for & unnecessary!

iScending: Whilst I've yet to see the patch notes and can't confirm nor deny any of this I would like to just point this out:   Until the patch is released nothing is final! Patches go through many different iterations, as does patch notes, so what you may have found is a first draft and this is most likely to change after the patch is tested on the Test Realm.    In short, stay calm, wait for the Test Realm to come up and then try it for yourself, I'm sure things have changed by then ;).
