community team, take care of the community. This means forums,
offline events, social media etc. Our server team (the "tech savvy
folk") are the ones in charge of servers and connections. They are
also nowhere near us. Oh, and creating a forum takes but a few
minutes, probably a lot less time than fixing server wise issues. I
hope this cleared some things up for you :).
