Do premium tanks crew skill up faster?

iScending: A Premium Tank crew does not earn Crew XP faster than a non-Premium Tank. If you feel that you are earning more XP in a Premium Tank then sadly this is incorrect, they only give an increase in Credit income.   http://wiki.worldoft...m/Premium_Tanks
