Who is responsible for miserable activity of supporters?

iScending: Pfff I'd never drop the banhammer! The lock hammer though.....   Anyhow, OP, I've actually spoken with the rep you mentioned and he has explained the situation to me. It's clear that this incident was caused by a user error I'm afraid and as such we denied you the refund of the gold you spent. We have also explained why we did this many many times, and that players are responsible for making sure the in-game settings for gold is correct otherwise it could be accidentally used on things you wanted to purchase in a different way.   There is sadly nothing that can be done here as the issue has been investigated and closed. Please do not create more tickets or topics about it as no refund will be made.
